Catherine Stivison died peacefully on January 18, 2015 at her home in Arlington, TX. She is survived by her husband of 76 years, Frank Stivison ("Hank"). Born Catherine Marie Lewis in Eunice, LA on June 23, 1917, "Katie" and "Hank" travelled extensively from their homes in Lake Charles, LA (while raising their children), Hamlin, TX and Grand Junction, CO before settling into retirement in Eunice.

Catherine is also survived by her sisters, Lois Lewis and Rita Manuel of Eunice, her children, Ralph and his wife Janice of Houston, TX, Lowell and his wife Priscilla of Bedford, TX and Lorna and her husband Dale Marsh of Arlington, TX, along with 11 grandchildren, 11 ½ great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews throughout the country. She is preceded in death by her daughter Catherine ("Cathy"), her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Lewis, Sr. and her brothers, John, Jr. ("Butch") and Kenneth Lewis.

Her life will be celebrated in a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Eunice on Thursday, January 22 at 10a.m. Visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home from 4-6p.m. on Wednesday, January 21 with the Rosary beginning at 4:30p.m.

She will be greatly missed.
