EUNICE-A Celebration of Life will be Celebrated on Friday, April 17, 2009 at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice at 11:00 for Charles Brent Sittig who passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at the age of 48. Interment will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Pastor Tim Moffett officiating.

Mr. Sittig was a native of Eunice and a resident of Winnie, TX. He will be remembered as a kind, generous, and loving father, son, brother, grandfather, and friend. He is survived by his son Stephen Sittig of Eunice; his four daughters, Jennifer Sittig, Erica Sittig, Alaina A. Sittig, and Ashley B. Sittig all of Eunice; his father, Charles Sittig of Eunice; his mother, Shirley A. Pitre of Carencro; his brother, Scott Sittig of Lake Charles; his two sisters, Laura S. Gorham of Eunice and Sylvia S. Bonner of Hilliard Ohio; a granddaughter, Valerie Sittig of Eunice and one expecting grandson, Austin Brent Sittig of Eunice. Brent will be forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be truly missed.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Helen M. Sittig, and his maternal grandparents, Floyd and Margaritte C. Pitre.

The family request that visiting hours be observed on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice from 3:00 pm until 11:00 pm and again on Friday, April 17, 2009 from 8:00 am until time of services.
