EUNICEIt is with the heaviest hearts that the family of Bobby J. Fruge announces his passing on Saturday, November 01, 2014 at the age of 57. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 04, 2014 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice. Rite of Committal will follow in the Guillory Cemetery in Chataignier with Father Sensat Celebrant.

Bobby proudly served in the United States Navy. He worked in the oilfield for 36 years. He loved to work, hunt and fish but most of all he loved his family. He was a devoted husband to Angie Gravlin Fruge of Eunice an amazing father to Brandon Fruge and wife, Heather, Ashley Fruge Chaney all of Youngsville, Jennifer Ryder and husband, Will of Eunice, Casey Fruge of Basile, Dusty and Tyler Fruge both of Eunice a step father to two children, Lynn McDaniel and husband, Donald of Farmington, MD and Adam LaFleur and wife, Nikki of Mamou a loving brother to Mike Fruge and wife, Lil of Martin, Georgia and Tammy Fruge of Eunice an loving grandfather to nineteen grandchildren as well as many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. He will forever be loved and missed by everyone whose hearts he touched.

He is preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Vergie Veronie Fruge.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Monday, November 3rd from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm and again on Tuesday, November 4th from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon David Guillory will recite a Rosary at 6:00 pm Monday evening.
