Beverly Hebert Materne

EUNICE-On Saturday, May 28, 2022, the family of Beverly Hebert Materne lost their dear mother, grandmother and friend at the age of 92 years. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at Creel Memorial Gardens Chapel in Reeves. Burial will follow in the Creel Cemetery with Pastor Glenn Ducharme officiating.

Beverly, known as the Doll Lady by all, absolutely loved collecting dolls and stuffed animals. She also enjoyed crocheting and painting. She is survived by her son, Paul Materne and wife, Bonnie of Reeves; her daughter, Linda Vaughan of Lake Charles; seven grandchildren, Kellie Broussard, Scotty Materne, David Charles Materne, Dixie Materne, Chester Materne, Jennifer Materne, and Danna Middleton; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Materne; sons, Darrell and Eric Materne; parents, Laurent and Eugenia Hanks Hebert; grandson, Tyler Paul Materne; and great grandsons, Ian and Jamie Materne.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Creel Memorial Gardens Chapel in Reeves on Wednesday, June 1st from 9:00 am until time of services.
