IOTAIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Aubrey Dietz announces his passing on Friday, August 19, 2011 in Egan at the age of 74 surrounded by his loved ones. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Iota with Pastor David Greene officiating.

A loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend, Aubrey will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 37 years, Susan Dietz of Iota son, Brandon Dietz of Iota daughter, Brigette Dietz Beard and husband, Chad of Egan three brothers, Marvin Dietz of Eunice, Velton Dietz of Abbeville, and Joseph Lee Dietz of Iota four sisters, Evelyn Sister Regan of Iota, Doris Regan of Egan, Rita Conner of Iota, and Mavis Dietz of Jennings and the littlest joys of his life his three grandchildren, Whitney, Waylon, and Cordell Beard, all of Egan.

He now rests in Heaven with his beloved parents, Edward and Mable Miller Dietz four brothers, Roland Dietz, Bruce Dietz, Frederick Dietz, and Francis Dietz and sister, Ruth Richardson.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at the St. John Lutheran Church in Iota on Saturday, August 27th from 1:00 pm until time of services.
