EUNICEA wonderful husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend, Albert Thibodeaux will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Albert passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at the West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital in Sulphur. He was 65. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Father Cedric Sonnier Celebrant and Deacon T. J. Richard assisting.

Albert, a resident of Sulphur, formerly of Eunice, was a volunteer coach in the Eunice area for over 26 years, coaching many activities such as baseball, basketball, softball, and football. He was an avid golfer and was a member of the Eunice Country Club. He was very much loved by his wife of 45 years, Linda V. Thibodeaux of Sulphur daughter, Tina T. Davis and husband, Chauncey of Sulphur two brothers, Michael Thibodeaux and wife, Laura of Spring, TX, and Carlton Thibodeaux of Eunice granddaughter, Lainie Davis of Sulphur motherinlaw, Julian Vidrine of Sulphur and two sisterinlaws, Ellen Vidrine of Ville Platte, and Darlene Thibodeaux of Sulphur.

Now he rests in Heaven with his beloved parents, Glady and Lilian Gotreaux Thibodeaux brother, Donald Thibodeaux and sister, Elaine Gaspard.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Monday, July 12, 2010 from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm, and again on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 from 8:00 am until Services. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Monday evening by Deacon David Guillory and Deacon T.J. Richard.
